I would love to tell you a few words about me.

I am Julia and a passionate gourmet. Hardly anything makes me as happy as good food. That’s why cooking and looking for new recipe ideas has always been one of my hobbies.

However, gradually a healthy lifestyle became more and more important to me. I started to do exercise more often and to deal with nutrition more intensively. Today, working out and having a balanced and conscious diet are an integral part of my everyday life. But that doesn’t change the fact that I am a fan of good cuisine and an incredible gourmet.

What may sound like a contradiction to some people is actually not one at all. Because I am strongly convinced that food can be healthy and incredibly tasty at the same time. And out of this conviction, I founded Jules Balanced Recipes. I want to show the whole world how easy it can be to eat healthy and delicious.

Because I am deeply convinced of one thing. In order to live happily for a long time, we need to eat healthy. After all, food provides our bodies with what we need to live. Unfortunately, a diet that is low in vitamins and unbalanced cannot do this properly. At the same time, food is also incredibly important for our mental well-being, as it is also connected to our emotions. Therefore, it can comfort us, make us happy or calm our nerves.


So how we eat is not only important for our physical well-being, but also for our mental one. And this is exactly the philosophy behind all my recipes. With them I want to show the world that if we have the right recipes, we can eat healthy and delicious food, and that we don’t have to compromise on enjoyment or health in our daily lives.That’s why you’ll find healthy, balanced and creative recipes on my blog. Not only do they consist of healthy ingredients, but I also always ensure that they have a balanced distribution of nutrients. So you can always be sure that my recipes also provide you with enough proteins, high-quality carbohydrates and healthy fats. In a nutshell, these recipes have everything they need. They are healthy, balanced, versatile, and most importantly, incredibly delicious.
