Bircher Muesli

Those of you who follow me on Instagram know that I love my porridge more than anything else. But with all the porridge hype the good old muesli has been totally forgotten! But in the last few weeks I have rediscovered the amazing Bircher Muesli for myself.

Bircher Muesli – the perfekt on the go breakfast

Just because the muesli can be prepared best the evening before, it is perfect as a take-away breakfast. And since I am one of those people who always have breakfast at work, I love such recipes.

And the preparation is really done quickly. You just have to grate some apple and mix it with oats and Greek yogurt. And then you can start with the toppings. I love all canned fruits anyway, even if they are really not healthy. But meanwhile you can find canned fruit without sugar in all supermarkets! Of course, they can’t compete with fresh fruit for health reasons, but they simply taste delicious. That’s why my Birchermüsli always comes with some canned Williams pears, a fresh fig and a few pumpkin seeds. But of course you can choose your favorites here. 🙂
