Almond Cookies

Zutaten
  

  • 50 g oat flour
  • 60 g ground almonds
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 50 g erythritol or stevia
  • 100 ml egg white
  • some dashes of bitter almond flavor
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some nut kernels or sliced almonds for decoration as desired

Anleitungen
 

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat the egg whites with the bitter almond flavor until stiff and carefully fold into the dry ingredients.
  • Form the dough into small cookies (20 pieces) with a tablespoon or cookie scoop on a baking tray lined with baking paper. If desired, add a nut kernel or a few almond slices in the middle.
  • Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees convection in a preheated oven, let them cool down and sprinkle with powdered erythritol or something similar.
