Corn Shrimp Nuggets

healthy and incredibly delicious nuggets made from corn and shrimps

Zutaten
  

  • 100 g shrimps if frozen, then defrost them well and drain
  • 50 g canned corn
  • 1 egg
  • 25 g oat flour alternatively regular flour
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • dip of your choice see my suggestions above

Anleitungen
 

  • Place the shrimp and corn in a food processor and chop them thoroughly. Then add the egg and flour and mix well. Season with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Heat a large, non stick pan and spray it with a little non stick cooking spray or oil. Using a medium ice cream scoop or a tablespoon, shape the nuggets into about 8 to 9 equal-sized balls, place in the pan and flatten slightly. Fry the nuggets on both sides for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Remove the nuggets from the pan and serve warm or cold with your choice of dip.
