Overnight Oats

Zutaten
  

  • ½ cup rolled or quick cooking oats
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup (high protein) soy yoghurt approx. 150g
  • 2 oz. grapes

Anleitungen
 

  • Mix the oats, chia seeds and raisins with the milk and water in a jar or container and place in the refrigerator for a few hours (4 to 8) covered.
  • Then stir well again and layer the soy skyr and washed and halved grapes on top of the oat base. Feel free to add other toppings here, such as fruits, nuts or seeds. Then reseal the jar and leave to soak in the fridge overnight.
