Basic Recipe

  • Add the protein powder, starch and milk to the saucepan and whisk until lump-free. Place the saucepan on the stove and heat the pudding over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.
  • Remove the saucepan from the stove and allow to cool briefly while continuing to stir. Then transfer the pudding to a bowl and either serve it directly or let it cool covered with plastic wrap on top.

Reeses Pudding Dessert

  • For the chocolate pudding combine the protein powder with half of the milk and 2.5 teaspoons until lumpfree and bring it to a boil over medium heat while stirring, remove from heat and cover the surface with some foil.
  • Repeat the process for the peanut butter pudding by mixing the powdered peanut butter with the reamining milk and cornstarch until lumpfree. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring, remove from the heat and cover the surface with some foil as well.
  • Roughly chop the peanuts, place in a pan with a little bit of salt and roast them over medium heat for a few minutes. Pour the chocolate and peanut pudding layer by layer into two small jars. Top with the peanut butter and the roasted peanuts to serve.
