¾cupvegan soy-based skyr or yoghurt alternatively some low fat greek yogurt

Wash the strawberries, pluck off the greens and cut into small pieces. Place the oats and strawberry pieces in a canning or mason jar and pour in the milk. Stir well, sweeten with stevia or syrup if needed and put the jar covered in the refrigerator for overnight.
In the morning, stir the oats briefly and microwave them for about one minute at ~800 watts. Then give them a nice stir and top them with the skyr/yoghurt. Add some more fresh fruits or other toppings as desired.
