Kochutensilien

  • 1 microwave
  • 1 small coffee or tea mug

Zutaten
  

  • 30 g whole wheat flour (4 tbsp)
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener (either erythritol, xylitol or sugar) (1 tsp)
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon unsweetened applesauce (2 tsp)
  • 1 teaspoon neutral vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Anleitungen
 

Dough

  • First, mix all the solid ingredients in a small bowl. Then add the liquids and mix until you have a smooth cake batter.

Microwave

  • Spray the cup with some baking spray (alternatively, spread a drop of oil with a brush or kitchen towel) and pour in batter.
  • Bake the cake in the microwave at 800 watts for about 90 seconds. (Best to keep an eye on the cake while doing this, as every microwave is slightly different).
