Zutaten
  

  • ¾ cup (rolled or quick cooking) oats ~60g
  • ¾ cup unsweetend almond milk ~180 ml
  • ¾ cup sliced strawberries
  • ¾ cup vegan soy-based skyr or yoghurt alternatively some low fat greek yogurt
  • optionally a drop of stevia or 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • fresh fruits and toppings of your choice

Anleitungen
 

  • Wash the strawberries, pluck off the greens and cut into small pieces. Place the oats and strawberry pieces in a canning or mason jar and pour in the milk. Stir well, sweeten with stevia or syrup if needed and put the jar covered in the refrigerator for overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the oats briefly and microwave them for about one minute at ~800 watts. Then give them a nice stir and top them with the skyr/yoghurt. Add some more fresh fruits or other toppings as desired.
