Speculoos Waffles

Zutaten
  

  • 160 g quick cooking oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple
  • 80 g sugarfree applesauce
  • 7 g baking powder
  • 15 g vegan protein powder vanilla flavor
  • 125 ml soy milk or another non-dairy milk
  • 125 ml sparkling water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon speculoos seasoning
  • 60-80 g erythritol or another (calorie-free) sweetener of your choice

Anleitungen
 

  • First process half of the oats (80g) into fine flour. Then mix all your dry ingredients (oats, oatflour, baking powder, protein powder, salt, cinnamon, speculoos seasoning) in a large bowl. Wash and grate the apple and add it to the other ingredients.
  • Then add the eggs, the applesauce, your milk and sweetener and mix everything with a hand mixer or whisk. Finally add the sparkling water and stir well again.
  • Then fry the waffles step by step in a waffle iron. For me the batter makes 8 waffles.
