¼cuperythritolor another (calorie free) sweetener you prefer
1 ½teaspoonbaking powder
½cupunsweetened soy yoghurt
3eggs
1pinch of salt
⅓cupchocolate chipssugarfree or with natural sugar
Anleitungen
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F convection.
Peel the bananas, mash them thoroughly with a fork and mix them together with the flour, baking powder, erythritol, salt and the soy yogurt.
Separate the eggs, add the egg yolks and the chocolate drops to the batter and mix well. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add them to the batter and gently fold them in.
Fill the batter into a silicone loaf pan (alternatively just line a regular loaf pan with baking paper) and place in the oven for about 40 to 45 minutes.
