Cook the pasta accoording to the instructions and let it cool down a bit.
Clean and chop the mushrooms and heat them briefly in a pan without oil. (If you fry mushrooms without oil, they develop a wonderful nutty flavour, which tastes really delicious.)
For the sauce, crush the avocado with a fork and then stir it into the soy yoghurt. Season the yoghurt with some mustard, a very small dash of Stevia, salt and pepper.
Wash the rocket salad and cut the pickles into small pieces.
Now put the pasta, mushrooms, pickles, rocket and the chicken in a bowl and spread the sauce over it. Stir well and season again with some salt and pepper.
