Preheat the oven to 170 degrees celsius bottom/top heat.
Add some splashes of stevia or 4-5 drops of your flavdrops to the egg whites and beat it with a hand mixer until you have a stiff mass.
Crush your nuts and seeds of choice into small pieces in a mortar or with the help of a pot`s bottom.
Mix the crushed nuts with the oats, flax seeds and cinnamon in a bowl. Once everything is well mixed, add the honey, coconut oil and the beaten egg whites and mix everything well one more time.
Cover your baking tray with some baking paper and pour the mixture evenly on it. Sprinkle it with the erythritol and put the tray in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
When the granola is nice and crispy, you can take it out of the oven and let it cool down.
Once it has cooled down, you can break it into small pieces an put everything in an airtight container. This way the granola will keep for about 2 weeks.
