Open the tuna can, drain the water, squeez the remaining liquid out of the tuna an put ist in a large bowl.
Put the oat flakes in a blender and process them into oatfllour (Alternatively you can also use quick oats.)
Cutthe chillies into fine rings. Wash and finely chop the parsley.
Now add the eggs, oatflour, cottage cheese, chilli and parsley tot he tuna. Season everything with tomato paste, sambal oelek and cumin and knead everything with your hands to a homogenous mass.
Then form 4 patties of the same size.
Heat a large pan and spray it with a some non-stick cooking spray (alternatively, a little bit of oil). Place the patties in the pan and fry them on both sides for about 7 minutes.
