tuna meatballs

Zutaten
  

  • 2 cans of tuna (300 grams)
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 grams of oats
  • 100 grams of fatfree cottage cheese
  • ½ chilli
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • ½ teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ bunch fresh parsley

Anleitungen
 

  • Open the tuna can, drain the water, squeez the remaining liquid out of the tuna an put ist in a large bowl.
  • Put the oat flakes in a blender and process them into oatfllour (Alternatively you can also use quick oats.)
  • Cutthe chillies into fine rings. Wash and finely chop the parsley.
  • Now add the eggs, oatflour, cottage cheese, chilli and parsley tot he tuna. Season everything with tomato paste, sambal oelek and cumin and knead everything with your hands to a homogenous mass.
  • Then form 4 patties of the same size.
  • Heat a large pan and spray it with a some non-stick cooking spray (alternatively, a little bit of oil). Place the patties in the pan and fry them on both sides for about 7 minutes.
