Zutaten
  

  • 1 tin of kidney beans
  • 5 grams of baking cocoa
  • 15 grams of powdered peanut butter
  • 10 grams peanut butter
  • 100 ml nondairy milk e.g. hazelnut milk, unsweetened almond milk
  • calorie-free sweetener of choice e.g. 1 pipette vanilla flavdrops and 1 pipette hazelnut flavdrops
  • perhaps some vanilla flavour (if the vanilla flavour is not already included in the sweetener)

Anleitungen
 

  • Drain the kidney beans and put them in a blender.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and blend until you have a smooth dough. Taste it and add a little bit more sweetness if the dough is sweet enough.
    If your dough is not creamy enough, just add a dash of your nondairy milk.
  • Put the cookie dough in a refrigerator for at least one hour and then enjoy it with some fresh fruit of your choice.
