Zutaten
  

  • 250 grams white beans
  • 50 grams wild garlic
  • 5 grams yeast flakes
  • sea salt, pepper

Anleitungen
 

  • Pour about half of the liquid form the beans and put the rest together with the beans in a tall container.
  • Wash the wild garlic thoroughly and pluck off the styles. Add the leaves to the beans.
  • Now add the yeast flakes and add some sea salt and fresh pepper.
  • Now puree everything with a blender until you have a smooth mass without pieces. Season to taste with salz and pepper.
