Cauliflower rice with pesto

Zutaten
  

  • 1 small cauliflower or half of a large one
  • 30 grams pesto verde
  • salt, pepper, chili, garlic powder
  • 1 handful of fresh basil

Anleitungen
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
  • First wash the cauliflower and cut of the skein and leaves. Then put the florets in a food processor and chop them. (Alternatively you can also grate the cauliflower with a box grater.)
  • Put the cauliflower rice in a large casserole dish and place it in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, take the cauliflower out of the ofen. Season with salt, pepper, some garlic powder and chili. Add 30 grams of pesto an mix everything very well.
  • Put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
  • Wash and cut the basil into fine strips and mix them into the rice bevor serving.

Notizen

You can also add some cherry tomatoes to the rice for the last 15 minutes! That gives it a delicious, fresh touch!
