First place the dried tomatoes in warm water for about 10 minutes. This makes them nice and soft and so they are easier to process.
Now put all the ingredients in a high container but kepp the water of the tomatoes. Now puree everything well with a blender. Add the tomato water little by little if you need more liquid for the pesto.
Add the pesto into a storage container. The pesto will keep in the fridge for at least two weeks.
