Anleitungen
Preheat the oven to 210 degrees bottom/top heat.
Wash the broccoli well and separate the individual florets from the stem. Put all the florets on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spray it briefly with a little non stick cooking spray. Season the broccoli with cayenne pepper and some salt and put it in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Heat up a large pan and add the ground beef.
While the beef is frying until it is nice and crispy, clean and chop the mushrooms and the green onions, but put the green part of them aside for now. Peel and finely dice the garlic.
Cook the jasmine rice according to the package instructions.
When the ground beef is crumbly and crispy, season it generously with cayenne pepper, cumin, ground coriander and paprika powder. Then add all the choped vegetables and let them fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, the peanut sauce can be prepared. For this, mix the peanut flour with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and a little garlic powder. Gradually add some water until the sauce has the desired consistency.
Wash the coriander and chop the stems as well as the leaves. Now you can also cut the green part of the green onions into small rings and add them all to the beef and vegetables. Season everything with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix well.
Take the broccoli out of the oven. To serve, fill each bowl with the ground beef and mushroom mix, the broccoli and the rice and then drizzle some of the peanut sauce over all of it.

You can simply use parsley instead of the coriander, if you aren`t a big fan of it.
