20gramsdried tomatoes
2handfuls offresh basil
cumin, ground coriander, dried chili flakes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Peel and finely dice the garlic.
Heat a frying pan and add some non stick cooking spray or a little bit of oil. Add the garlic to the pan. Drain the liquid from the tuna and add it to the garlic. Season with chilli, ground coriander and cumin and fry over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain the pasta and put it in a large bowl.
Wash the rocket salad and if necessary cut it into smaller pieces. Also wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half or quarters (depending on how big they are). Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces.
Add the vegetables and tuna to the pasta and stir well once. Finally, add the chili con carne dip and stir again. Garnish erverything with the fresh basil for serving.
