Anleitungen
Peel the carrots, the celeriac and the onions. Cut everything into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the garlic, wash the chilli and cut into fine rings. If you are not a fan of spicy food, remove the seeds.
Heat up a large and tall pan or a pot and spray it with a little bit of non stick cooking spray. (Alternatively use some oil) Add the vegetables and fry them for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Salt the vegetables slightly and add the strained tomatoes. Now let the sauce simmer on low heat with the lid closed for at least one hour (or an hour and a half if possible).
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Wash and chop the parsley.
Season the sauce with salt, pepper, oregano (approx. 2 -3 tablespoons) and some dried basil, stir well. Drain the tuna and add to the sauce.
Cut the Harz cheese into small cubes and add it to the sauce for the last 3 minutes.
Drain the pasta when it is al dente and add it to the sauce. Stir well again and garnish with the chopped parsley.
