Put the oats, chia seeds and mulberries in a jar or container and pour the buttermilk and coconut drink or water over them. Add a few dashes of Stevia and stir well.
Let the oat mixture soaks for 5 minutes, then stir well again and now put them in the fridge for about 2 hours.
After about 2 hours add the Greek yoghurt (or your alternative) to the oatmeal base. Chop the fruit into small pieces and place them on the yoghurt layer together with the pumpkin seeds.
Now put the oatmeal back in the fridge, let it soak overnight and you can enjoy the next morning.
