Zutaten
  

  • 1 tin of chickpeas
  • 10 grams of tahini
  • 10 grams of almond butter
  • 1 clove of garlic or some garlic powder
  • 30 grams unsweetened soy yoghurt
  • salt, pepper, ground coriander, cumin
  • optional some hummus seasoning

Anleitungen
 

  • Pour half of the liquid from the chickpeas and put the rest together with the chickpeas in a blender.
  • Add the tahini, almond butter, soy yoghurt and the garlic or garlic powder and your seasonings. Now blend everything until a smooth, homogenous mixture is obtained.
  • you can put the hummus in a fridge for another 15-30 minutes or serve it immediately.
