Zutaten
  

  • 80 grams ricotta
  • 80 grams Alpro Soy-Skyr unsweetened
  • 60 grams cream cheese (3% fat) e.g. from Philadelphia
  • 1 shallot
  • sweet paprika powder, salt, caraway seeds
  • some fresh chives

Anleitungen
 

  • Peel the shallot and put it in a food processor.
  • Add the ricotta, cream cheese and soy skyr and let everything mix for a few seconds. Now season everything generously with paprika and salt and let it mix again briefly.
  • Finally, stir in some caraway and garnish with some fresh chives.
