Anleitungen
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
First mix all dry ingredients together (i.e. the coconut flour, the protein powder and the baking powder).
Then add the soy yoghurt, the eggs, the milk and the water and mix everything to a smooth dough.
Now add the bitter almond flavor and your calorie-free sweetness (in my case it's a little stevia and a few drops of my coconut fladrops) and stir it well into the dough.
Spread the dough evenly in your silicone donut baking tin and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
When the donuts are well chilled, you can cut them in half and top them with the Greek yogurt and fresh fruit.
