Porridge

super creamy and protein rich oatmeal for the perfect start in the day

Zutaten
  

  • 60 grams of oats every kind of oats works well
  • 8 grams of chia seeds (optional)
  • 300 ml water
  • 15 grams of vegan protein powder (it does not necessarily have to be vegan, but it should not become clumpy in high temperatures)
  • 70 grams egg whites
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • optionally some calorie-free sweetener (if you like it really sweet like me)
  • toppings of your chioce fruit, nuts, yoghurt, nut butter, ...

Anleitungen
 

  • Put the oats and chia seeds in a pot together with the water. Add a pinch of sea salt and if necessary some stevia or other calorie-free sweetness and bring to the boil at full heat. Stir occasionally.
  • Reduce the heat to a low level once the porridge has started to simmer nicely and add the protein powder to the pot. Stir once briefly and then add the egg whites.
  • Stir well and let it rest for another 1-2 minutes on low heat before you fill it into your bowl and top it up as you like.
