15grams ofvegan protein powder(it does not necessarily have to be vegan, but it should not become clumpy in high temperatures)
70grams egg whites
1pinch ofsea salt
optionallysomecalorie-free sweetener(if you like it really sweet like me)
toppings of your chiocefruit, nuts, yoghurt, nut butter, ...

Put the oats and chia seeds in a pot together with the water. Add a pinch of sea salt and if necessary some stevia or other calorie-free sweetness and bring to the boil at full heat. Stir occasionally.
Reduce the heat to a low level once the porridge has started to simmer nicely and add the protein powder to the pot. Stir once briefly and then add the egg whites.
Stir well and let it rest for another 1-2 minutes on low heat before you fill it into your bowl and top it up as you like.
