Mix the oat flour, wheat bran, egg white, coconut oil, baking powder and soy milk to a smooth dough. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of stevia.
Pour the dough into a small silicone or casserole dish (if you are not using a silicone dish, grease your dish briefly with a little bit of oil or spray).
Wash the plums, quarter them and spread them evenly on your cake batter.
Mix the rolled oats with the light butter and the erythritol and sprinkle the clumpy mixture on your plums.
Put the cake in the oven for about 20 minutes and let it cool down a bit for about 15 minutes.
