Gingerbread Protein Balls

Zutaten
  

  • 40 grams whole grain spelt flour
  • 40 grams of oat flour (simply crush your oats to flour in our blender)
  • 2 grams of baking powder
  • 70 grams unsweetened soy yoghurt
  • 20 grams (vegan) protein powder with chocolate flavor
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread seasoning
  • some soy milk
  • stevia
  • 1 pinch of salt

Anleitungen
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
  • Mix the spelt and oat flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add the soy yoghurt and a few dashes of stevia and knead them all into a dough with a spoon or your hands. Then divide the dough into eight equal portions.
  • For the filling mix the protein powder with the gingerbread seasoning. Gradually add some soy milk in very small portions and mix it with the protein powder. In the end, the dough should be smooth but not liquid. I used about 50-70ml of milk for this.
  • With slightly moistened hands, form balls from the respective dough portions and press them into a flat shape between your hands. Put some of the protein-gingerbread mixture in the middle and then close the dough from the outside to form a little ball.
  • Put all balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and put them in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
