Bircher Muesli

Zutaten
  

  • ¼ apple
  • 40 grams quick cooking oats
  • 200 grams greek yoghurt 2% fat
  • 80-100 ml soy milk or any other non-dairy milk
  • 100 g williams pear canned, without suger
  • 1 fresh fig
  • fresh seeds or nuts of your choice e.g. pumpkin seeds
  • some dashes of Stevia

Anleitungen
 

  • Wash the apple and then grate roughly. Mix the apple shavings with the oats, yoghurt and milk and sweeten with a few drops of Stevia.
  • Pour the base mixture into a jar or tuppa bowl. Chop the pear halves and the figs into small pieces and add to the muesli mixture. Finally top with some nuts or seeds and cover the top.
  • Put it in the fridge overnight and enjoy it the next morning.
