Wash the apple and then grate roughly. Mix the apple shavings with the oats, yoghurt and milk and sweeten with a few drops of Stevia.
Pour the base mixture into a jar or tuppa bowl. Chop the pear halves and the figs into small pieces and add to the muesli mixture. Finally top with some nuts or seeds and cover the top.
Put it in the fridge overnight and enjoy it the next morning.
